Efecto de microorganismos eficientes (ME-50) sobre la morfología y el rendimiento del cultivo del arroz (<em>Oryza sativa</em>) en Aguada de Pasajeros.

Resumen

El estudio se realizó en la finca “Los Almeidas” de la Cooperativa de Créditos y Servicios (CCS) “Patricio Lumumba” de la Empresa Agropecuaria 1ro de Mayo del municipio Aguada de Pasajeros, provincia Cienfuegos durante la campaña de frio 2014-2015. Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar el efecto de Microorganismos Eficientes (ME-50) sobre el desarrollo morfológico, rendimiento y control de plagas en el cultivo del arroz. Se evaluaron dos tratamientos con cuatro réplicas para un total de ocho parcelas experimentales y se muestrearon 25 plantas en cada parcela experimental. Los tratamientos empleados fueron: aspersiones foliares del inóculo ME-50 y un testigo sin aplicaciones. Se efectuaron tres aplicaciones a los 15, 25 y 35 días posteriores al trasplante, con una dosis de 7 L.ha-1. Las plantas tratadas registraron los mejores resultados en relación a las variables morfológicas evaluadas y en el rendimiento (7,6 t.ha-1). Las aplicaciones con ME-50 registraron una efectividad técnica de 82 % en el control de larvas de Lissorostrus brevirostris Suffrian en la variedad de arroz objeto de estudio. Los indicadores económicos del tratamiento con ME-50 en la variedad de arroz, mostraron valores de 2392,78 CUP de utilidad en comparación con el tratamiento control.

Abstract

The study was carried out in the property "The Almeidas" that belongs to the Cooperative of Credits and Services (CCS) "Patricio Lumumba" of the Agricultural Enterprise Primero de Mayo of the municipality Aguada de Pasajeros, county Cienfuegos during the campaign of cold 2014-2015 . With the objective of evaluating the effect of Efficient Microorganisms (ME-50) on the morphological development and yield in the cultivation of the rice. A was used with two treatments and four replicas for a total of eight experimental parcels. You muestrearon 25 plants in each experimental parcel. The used treatments were: aspersions foliares of EM-50 and a witness without applications. Three applications were made: to the 15, 25 and 35 later days to the transplant, with a dose of 7 L.ha-1. The results indicate that the aspersions of EM - 50 showed the best results (7, 6 t.ha-¹) in the morphological variables and of yield in the variety of rice Prosequisa-4. The applications with EM-50 they manifest a technical effectiveness of 82% in the control of worm of Lissorostrus brevirostris Suffrian in the variety of rice study object. The economic indicators of the treatment with EM-50 in the variety of rice, showed values of 2392, 78 CUP of utility in comparison with the treatment control.
