Efecto alelopático de un extracto acuoso de sorghum halepense (l.) Pers. sobre dos dicotiledóneas

Resumen

La investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar el efecto alelopático de un extracto acuoso de Sorghum halepense (L.) Pers sobre dos arvenses dicotiledóneas Amaranthus dubius Mart. y de Euphorbia heterophylla L. en pre y post emergencia. Se desarrollaron cuatro ensayos, dos con cada especie de arvense desde febrero 2015 hasta agosto de 2016 en el Laboratorio Provincial de Sanidad Vegetal Cienfuegos (LPSV). Para la obtención del extracto acuoso de rizomas de Sorghum halepense (L.) Pers. se tomaron las plantas en la fase de floración - fructificación con tres meses de edad. Se evaluaron cuatro tratamientos por ensayo con un extracto obtenido en una proporción 1:10 de rizomas agua (p/v) (tres concentraciones del extracto 30, 20 y 10% y un testigo). El extracto acuoso de Sorghum halepense (L.) Pers. manifestó acción inhibitoria en el porcentaje de germinación tanto en pre como en post emergencia contra Euphorbia heterophylla L., mientras contra Amaranthus dubius mostró acción inhibitoria sobre el porcentaje de germinación y disminuyó la longitud de la radícula tanto en pre como en post emergencia.

ABSTRACT

The objective of the research was to evaluate the allelopathic effect of Sorghum halepense (L.) Pers on two dicotyledonous weeds Amaranthus dubius Mart and of Euphorbia heterophylla L. in pre and post emergency. Four rehearsals were developed, two with each weed specie from February 2015 until August of 2016 in the Provincial Laboratory of Planta Protection of Cienfuegos (LPSV). To obtain the watery extract of rhizomes of Sorghum halepense (L.) Pers.  some plants in the flowering - fructification phase, with three months of age, were taken. Four treatments were evaluated by rehearsal with an extract obtained in a proportion 1:10 of rhizomes water (p/v) (three concentrations of the extract 30, 20 and 10% and a control). The watery extract of Sorghum halepense (L.) Pers. manifested inhibitory action in the so much germination percentage in pre as in post emergency against Euphorbia heterophylla L., while against Amaranthus dubius showed inhibitory action on the germination percentage and it diminished the longitude of the rooting in pre as in post emergency.
