Supervivencia in vitro de Sitophilus oryzae L en condiciones de hermeticidad

Resumen

Sitophilus oryzae L se encuentra dentro del grupo de plagas más importantes de los granos almacenados y es considerado la plaga más importante de los cereales en zonas tropicales húmedas. Para realizar la evaluación de la supervivencia en condiciones hermeticidad in vitro el estudio se desarrolló en el Laboratorio provincial de Sanidad Vegetal y el Centro de Estudios para la Trasformación Agraria Sostenible de la Universidad de Cienfuegos sede "Carlos Rafael Rodríguez", entre los meses de septiembre de 2017 a abril de 2018 lo que originó una investigación de tipo inferencial, con un enfoque no paramétrico para determinar la influencia del tipo sellado mediante papel parafim o plastilina y la cantidad de insectos muertos. Los resultados mostraron que la cantidad de insectos muertos cuando han transcurrido 96 horas no depende de si el material utilizado para el sellado de los frascos es papel parafim o plastilina. Antes de las 96 horas evaluadas el sellado utilizado no manifestó disminución de los insectos en el ensayo.

ABSTRACT

Sitophilus oryzae L is inside the group of more important plagues of the stored grains and the most important plague in the cereals is considered in humid tropical. areas to carry out the evaluation of the survival under conditions staunchness in vitro the study it was developed in in the provincial Laboratory of Vegetable Sanity and the Center of studies for the Sustainable Agrarian Transformation of the University of Cienfuegos among the months of September of 2017 to April of 2018 what originated an investigation of type inferencial, with a non parametric focus to determine the influence of the type sealed by means of paper parafim or plastilina and the quantity of dead insects. The results showed that the quantity of dead insects when they have lapsed 96 hours it doesn't depend of if the material used for the one sealed of the flasks it is Paper ParaFim or Plastilina. Being lethal the oxygen lack for the development of the insects when the exhibition is increased after the evaluated time.
