Metodología para auditar los servicios ecosistémicos forestales en las empresas agroforestales, Pinar del Río, Cuba

Resumen

Este trabajo busca la realización de una metodología para auditar la gestión de los SEF en la Empresa Agroforestal de la provincia de Pinar del Río. Para ello, en primera instancia, aborda algunos conceptos básicos relacionados con la auditoría, sus fases de realización y su importancia, seguidamente se abordan los principales conceptos referentes a la economía ambiental y los servicios ecosistémicos. Se realiza una propuesta metodológica para auditar la gestión de estos servicios en la Empresa Agroforestal de Pinar del Río apoyándonos en las diferentes herramientas que nos provee la auditoría y en leyes vigentes respecto al tema. Se lleva a cabo la aplicación de la metodología para la gestión de este tipo de servicios, se presenta el informe de auditoría con las deficiencias detectadas y las recomendaciones para la solución de las mismas. Por último, se arriba a conclusiones respecto de los logros del trabajo y sus pertinentes recomendaciones.

ABSTRACT

This work focused on the realization of a methodology to audit the management of the SEF in the Agroforestry Enterprise of the province of Pinar del Río. For this reason, in the first instance, it deals with some basic concepts related to the audit, its phases of realization and its importance, then the main concepts related to the environmental economics and ecosystem services are addressed. A methodological proposal is made to audit the management of these services in the Agroforestry Enterprise of Pinar del Río, based on the different tools provided by the audit and in current laws of the subject. The application of the methodology for the management of this type of services is carried out, the audit report is presented with the deficiencies detected and the recommendations for their solution. Finally, conclusions are reached regarding the achievements of the work and its pertinent recommendations.
